I went to the Farmers Market again today. I was trying to find wild garlic leaves, and I found garlic chives, which hopefully are similar enough. I'm going to be trying a recipe for wild garlic and white bean curry. I'm going to have to go to the specialty shop again and buy even more exotic spices: kaffir lime leaves, coriander seeds and cardamon

We have coriander seeds and cardamon pods at home and we aren't using them. *hint hint*
