I went to the Farmers Market again today. I was trying to find wild garlic leaves, and I found garlic chives, which hopefully are similar enough. I'm going to be trying a recipe for wild garlic and white bean curry. I'm going to have to go to the specialty shop again and buy even more exotic spices: kaffir lime leaves, coriander seeds and cardamon pods. I'm also going to need to buy coconut milk, fish sauce, limes and fresh red chilies. This is going to be one pungent curry!
