MMmmm....tasty
Made my curry tonight. It was supposed to be wild garlic and white bean curry, but the only thing I could find was garlic chives. Actually the garlic chive had almost no flavor, so next time I try this dish, I'll probably use regular chives, and not quite so much lime juice. Otherwise this was a very savory dish, with all the spices, cardamon seeds, curry leaves, etc. with tomato, white beans, red onions,etc. Very nice.
