Made my curry tonight. It was supposed to be wild garlic and white bean curry, but the only thing I could find was garlic chives. Actually the garlic chive had almost no flavor, so next time I try this dish, I'll probably use regular chives, and not quite so much lime juice. I remember you mentioning wild garlic leaves in the past, so yours might turn out better than mine! That and the Kaffir lime leaves were the two things I had to substitute. The only recommendation I can make is that you might want to use less lime juice, unless you add more beans. I added one can (rinsed and drained) beans rather than using the dried. Maybe just one lime rather than two.
