[translation] Matantei Loki manga - Hel's first appearance

This was the first appearance of Hel in the Matantei Loki manga (volume 5 of the white books). If the translation seems strange or wrong, it's because I did it myself, and I'm far from being a professional translator or even fluent in Japanese. Since my goal is to show Hel moments, I left out some pages in which she doesn't appear.

Thank you for posting these! They're awesome! The art is excellent and Hel looks both adorable and very angsty, which is a great combination. Does the manga ever elaborate on what Hel's rotting curse is or what's causing it? And what happened to her? She didn't die, did she?

Hee, I'm so glad you like it! I'm sorry to say, however, that I don't know the answer to any of those questions. ;_; Hel appears again in the second series, but I can't understand very well what's going on in those volumes, because they're in Chinese. I don't think she died, though, only went to the underworld.

Hm, then it's a mystery, like Mayura would say. :P If you ever find out about the curse, please tell me what's going on with it. It's quite interesting. Was it in the anime? I can't remember it. Those last episodes are quite fuzzy and I don't think I understood them that well in the first place.

Sure! :D I'll see if I can download and reinstall the Chinese word processor I used to have. With it, I might be able to translate those scenes.

I don't think Hel ever mentioned the rotting curse in the anime. In fact, she never even appeared in her half-rotten form, and her reasons to want to kill Loki are different. Actually, the entire Hel-arc was completely different.
