i so want you to make my birthday cake! your first cake was really good! my friend randy owns a company, but i think the cakes are ridiculously ugly, but i can't really tell him that, now, can i?

wow, I hope some of those weren't presented/served on the boards they were on in the photos. You're supposed to tuck wax paper under the cake while you pipe so that the board doesn't get messy. Then pull the paper out from under. Some of those boards are really messy.

I guess I get the concept, but the white trim is REALLY messy! There's trim slopped out into the rest of the cake. oops.
With his hand writing, he should invest in some of the things that stamp letters out of rolled fondant or gumpaste. I might be being overly critcal, I mean they aren't horrible and at this point I don't know how much better I could do, but I don't charge people for cakes lol.

I could probably run a small country from my phone. Its rarely further than a few feet away when its not in my hands... which is most of the time.

Also well done for such a long phone entry.

Sometimes I comment from my ipod but it takes me over twice as long and often includes a lot of spelling mistakes.

My weekend is fine. Boring, cold, maybe going to see Duplicity today. Watched Synecdoche, NY yesterday and now life seems pointless. Haha.
