I made over a hundred chocolate pretzel sticks the other day for my co-workers with a million different toppings on them(heath, caramel, andes mints etc etc) We're having potluck on Monday and doing Secret Santa! I also made them just about a hundred teriyaki chicken wings as well. My sugar cookies will probably get made as well for work!

Haha full size pretzel rods or small sticks like these?
I think I made bout 150 of these hahaha took me half the night.

I think im going to make a few more chocolate marshmallows and take them to work tomorrow.

I think I'll make my cookies to give friends and family on christmas. I'll probably make them tonight.

So much baking! And cooking and crafting! Im so glad I have such a large kitchen!

Full sized pretzel rods! I'll have to take pictures. I made so so many. It took me a little over 5 hours to make them, that included bagging them, labeling them, and curling ribbon for them!

I'm also making sugar cookies and mint chocolate chip cookies for Tuesday( we call Tuesday's "Cookie Tuesday" at work, our boss will bring us milk for it too)!

I had to laugh when a few days ago you posted the pics of the cake truffels that you made, because I was completely going through the same thing! Only mine are Strawberry cake with dark chocolate and a white chocolate drizzle on them. I messed up the chocolate so bad at first it was not even funny. it was WAAAAAY to thin and didn't work at all. But now they are super pretty!

i cant even fathom how you could make chocolate too thin hahaha... mine could have held wallpaper to the wall hahahaha.
well, there were three incarnations of it,
the first, I added milk to and it all separated. the second was like paste and the third was alright, but at that point was the same chocolate from the paste stage and had like hunks of cake and stuff in it hahaha.
regular chocolate seemed easier to work with! This time I used chips which melted easier in the double boiler or the microwave, which was nice.

HA! HA! HA! the trick is to add crisco, that thins it down without seperation. my problem is that I added too much, and it was like water! for a couple cups of chocolate you only need like a tablespoon or two.
