I got alerts on my phone from both the New York Times and Associated Press, so I'm assuming not a hoax.

It still threw me off somewhat. Like, it came kind of out of the blue. There was the lawsuit but I expected it to take years to get some decision out of it and then another couple of years for it to take any effects (seeing as from across the pond, the combat exclusion rule looked like a holy cow no one wanted to admit had been slaughtered long ago). I'm really curious to see how this is going to pan out.
