Well, we finally have some Shirota Yuu (2nd Generation Tezuka) information!

There were rumours that were floating around that Shirota might appear in the Broadway production of Sweeney Todd; however, it's very much false because it's impossible for him to be in the Broadway production of Sweeney Todd as the Broadway production will close in ( Read more... )

Thanks for the info guys... January 2007, too early. im planning to go to Japan next year but not early 2007.. :( . I would want to see shirotan on stage thanks again for the info, good to know there's updates on him again

The role of Anthony Hope should fit Shirotan like a glove :-D And he'll finally get the opportunity to show off his voice (Tezuka-Atobe duet has proved that he shines all the more when his partners can sing as well XD).

I always thought Shirotan was the best singer of the 2nd Seigaku cast ^^ Like when I first hrd him open his mouth in Run Run Run, I was blown away by his voice. And then in "Semero" oooooh, I love his voice, so I'm glad to see that he's going to star in another musical. He really does have a "broadway" voice, rather than a boyband voice. If that makes sense -____-
