There are times I just don't even recognize the United States anymore. I am disgusted by these outrages.

First we've got this. GOP Congressional Candidate from Iowa asks: "I can microchip my dog so I can find it. Why can't I microchip an illegal?"

Yeah, because that doesn't imply that illegal immigrants are animals, property or things and deserve

Something to consider: Doves are horrible, aggressive and territorial, and will attack ALL other birds they come into contact with.

So this group is appropriately named.

Well, it's supposedly the Dove of Peace that Noah sent from the ark and it brought back an olive branch.

The thing everyone forgets is that Noah let loose ravens as well as doves. Much smarter birds, actually. Just as well that the Deewoks--I guess that's how you would pronounce DWOC--didn't call themselves ravens.

I always think of the old saying, "Empty barrels make the most noise," when I hear about the intolerant, stupid folks at all levels of the socio-economic-political strata. But I remember that for every one of them, there are dozens of loving, intelligent, compassionate people who stand up to bigotry and intolerance.
