Woo! Well done. I do enjoy the rapid improvement with new sports. It is encouraging to get better quick :D and woo for your knee not hurting!

It is indeed encouraging! I just hope this will soon translate into my dancing (since that's part of the reason why I began this whole endeavor).

I don't know if it's the running, or the fact that I am wearing my running shoes every day that is helping with the aches and pains.

I am completely surprised at myself! I really think that my dancing (and doing the elliptical at the gym for so long) has really helped me with the jump to running.
