I am a geek AND a ceramic artist! Sometimes it is hard to express the geek, but it has a way of coming out!
My little porcelain mail owl has the message in his beak - now yes I KNOW in Harry Potter they were on the legs of the owls, but I wanted the mail to be more visible! I painted it how I imagined Pigwidgeon would look because he was my favorite wimpy little owl in the books.
