I am a geek AND a ceramic artist! Sometimes it is hard to express the geek, but it has a way of coming out!

My little porcelain mail owl has the message in his beak - now yes I KNOW in Harry Potter they were on the legs of the owls, but I wanted the mail to be more visible! I painted it how I imagined Pigwidgeon would look because he was my ( Read more... )

This is wonderful! Have you considered making and selling on Etsy or somewhere?

I thought that sometimes in the movies the mail was in the beak. Regardless, I love this!

I don't think I can reasonably go -quite- that small with porcelain BUT if I ever get moving on precious metal clay, it would be awesome to do one in sterling silver!
