www.foodnetwork.com is an awesome resource for appetizer recipes. You can select difficulty level and sort by ingredient. Little sandwiches are always easy, but you cna check out the site for hot appetizers too.

Yeah, I used to look there in High School all the time when I was planning parties. I could just tweak recipes on there, but I have a lot of books on appetizers and such already. I even have hors d'oeuver books from my school as well. I'm just kind of wondering what other would think of doing with those themes.

Pumpkin juice!

Ingredients:
5 cups apple juice
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
1) Combine all in a large pitcher and stir well
2) Let it sit for an hour in the refrigerator
3) Strain it (if too thick)
4) Chill or serve iced

A Madd Hatter Tea Party calls for finger sandwhiches -- seriously make your mini-sandwhiches that you would (like cucumber/mint, egg salad, etc) then, instead of just de-crusting them, cut them the width of your finger. A perfectly shaped sliced almond (found in the baking isle) is your finger nail and ta-da....finger sandwhiches. Remember "Alice" was all about the literal meaning of things.
