Multipurpose Cheese Sauce

When I was little, my auntie always made delicious cheese sauce to go on top of our broccoli or cauliflower. As an adult, I will admit that I still crave that cheese sauce and all of my siblings insist it must accompany any proper meal where broccoli or cauliflower is served. Do you get issues with it seperating much? Particularly with the oil and the cheese seperating from the Milk and it getting clumpy.

Dunno I'd like to try this, I just always have issues with it seperating.

I have never had a problem with this one separating or getting clumpy. I suspect it's because it's cooked over lower heat and with reduced-fat ingredients.

I thought I was going to have similiar problems when making the reduced fat alfredo sauce but it turned out awesome.

Also, I have been lucky to taste this cheese sauce and it is to die for.
