Yummy (Almost) Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins

I made these gluten free because I did not have regular Bisquick in the house, but I did have Pamela's Products Baking and Pancake Mix. They are REALLY YUMMY. This is also an easy recipe to do with your child. You can do the measuring and they can do the dumping and stirring

Not Gluten Free

A couple people in my family have Celiacs so I wanted to point out that these are -not- Gluten free - most people don't realize oats contain Gluten as well. Gluten is found in wheat, oats, rye and barley - not just in wheat alone.

I had checked the definition of gluten before I posted and while, wheat, rye and barlet were listed, oats were not mentioned in the definition that is why I posted this as such. My apologies for any misinformation.
