Easy Pumpkin-Cinnamon Streusel Muffins
Makes 12 muffins.

Ingredients:
1 box of any brand Cinnamon Streusel Muffin Mix
1 can (15oz) pure pumpkin

Directions:
1. Ignore the instructions for what to add on the back of the box of your mix.
2. Dump Mix in bowl with pumpkin, mix until the flour has vanished - don't overmix, it will be a bit lumpy and that's OK. ( Read more... )

I made these gluten free because I did not have regular Bisquick in the house, but I did have Pamela's Products Baking and Pancake Mix. They are REALLY YUMMY. This is also an easy recipe to do with your child. You can do the measuring and they can do the dumping and stirring ( Read more... )
