Ooohh that sounds delish!

do you think it would effect the recipe much if I subbed dried bottle spice parsley instead of fresh?

That's what I've used both times I've made it, since, for some reason, I have had a hell of a time trying to find fresh parsley in any of my local supermarkets. It works just fine.
