OMFG. I made this for dinner on Saturday night and it was absolutely heavenly. I plan on making this again and again and again. This would be a wonderful recipe for company, since it looks and tastes like you ordered out from a fancy, expensive restaurant

That's what I've used both times I've made it, since, for some reason, I have had a hell of a time trying to find fresh parsley in any of my local supermarkets. It works just fine.
