Hakutaku: It's not as bad as you think

Some days I really just don't need encouragment, really. You encourage me and then I have to go out and do something about it. So, after being encouraged, here is the latest lolGuide.

Nice guide Beanie.

You're right. At level 70, accuracy for the melee will be an issue. I recomend an O-hat for them. ^^

I've done the add party (which I find more fun) with mnk, whm, drg, which worked pretty well, as long as we weren't fighting more than two adds at a time. (When the alliance gets there *don't* have them clear the area. If they do that, all the adds will pop right on top of the add party, all at once.)

Oh, and having at least one person (with sneak/invis) that knows the way, and has the map is a really good idea. You'll always have stragglers.

Thanks :3 While at work I thought of a bit more I should add about the add party. I added those thoughts and the ones you posted. Thanks a lot for the feed back :3

And yeah x.x Herding the cats can be another challenging aspect of Hakutaku, haha.

You're welcome. Anytime. ^^

The changes look good. Especially about pulling back to the alliance. The occasional stray cure from the alliance has kept me alive (that was the time I learned to keep track of the spawn times and keep them separate.)

Regarding hearding cats, I noticed an Alla thread this morning. I translated it as: "To all the (endgame) shell leaders out there - I apologize for everything I've ever said. Now that I've tried it, I understand how hard it is to keep ever one happy, and moving in the same direction". I was quite amused.

This is a great guide, Beanie. =) Just wanted to say... I've done Hakutaku with around 12 people or less, and we've never lost against Hakutaku. (Things have gotten shakey especially when we did our first Hakutaku event, but we always managed to do everything just fine ( ... )
