Technical support people are totally useless. By the time I explain what the problem is, then explain the words they don't understand, I have solved the problem myself. So why do I call? Simply because I think it will save me time. Obviously I am wrong.

I am a danger to myself today . . . things are not going my way today lol. I went to mainline again today to see if my laptop would be ready to go for monday morning.
