Technical support people are totally useless. By the time I explain what the problem is, then explain the words they don't understand, I have solved the problem myself. So why do I call? Simply because I think it will save me time. Obviously I am wrong.

I am not at all creative today, so that is the end of this entry.

haha thanks. I know I'm a computer nerd . . . let me tell you though, it saves me so much time and money not having to take my computers in to be fixed! I also get money to fix other peoples computers. Its good times!
