Optimistic October: Please Look After This Body

I'm just trying to practice some self-care today; the extra hour in bed caused by the clocks going back helped, so I've woken up this morning feeling refreshed.

Plans today include going to church, going to a restaurant for a friend's birthday, and then meeting other friends to watch Arsenal v Liverpool in the pub.
