Dinner (last night)

Dinner last night was chicken and pineapple, and potatoes done on skewers on the grill and a salad plucked from the garden

we would have had just such a salad ourselves, if I hadn't been working 1-9 yesterday. We have several varieties of lettuce (which I do know by name, as at least SOME of each variety were properly labeled and I have matched up the oddballs in my mind now) and spinach (the regular, not New Zealand, variety)

It will be for supper this evening... likely with some pig meat.
