If we all work on it, it shouldn't take too long... [The most Luke has done with boat building was help build a BIG one, and while that took a while (and he didn't do a lot thanks to not really knowing what he was doing), he... guesses smaller ones take less time?]

She's guessing they're like those paper lanterns you make out of bags... metal lanterns would be hard to make float, not to mention they probably wouldn't look very pretty...]
