Luke listens intently as soon as her name comes up. So she had a wish... Still has it, about floating lanterns. Luke isn't sure if he can do anything about the lanterns; he's about as good at crafting things as a horse trying to do it. But the rowboat...

Maybe it isn't his call, but he has to try.]

Brave Vesperia can help with the rowboat. We've made boats before, so it shouldn't be a problem.

[Rapunzel's a good friend, after all. He'd love to... er, help make her dream come true, as corny as it sounds.]

Sounds good to me. But, uh ... not to be pushy or anything, but just how long does it take to make a boat? Just wondering, you know. Gotta get a date set, all the details planned out, yadda yadda boring stuff. The sooner the better! So ... any idea?

If we all work on it, it shouldn't take too long... [The most Luke has done with boat building was help build a BIG one, and while that took a while (and he didn't do a lot thanks to not really knowing what he was doing), he... guesses smaller ones take less time?]

You can talk to Zack about it, he's the leader of the group. I'll tell him too! We need more jobs, anyway!

Oh, hey, I know that guy. He's not too bad. Sure, I'll do that. Can't hurt. And if it'd take too long to build one, maybe he'd know where I could ask to borrow one.

There's a slight eyebrow raise of his own, though, if only because... god, that's corny. Still, Luke knows that liking someone can make you say cheesy things, so he just gives a half smile and lets pointing it out slide out of his head.]
