[ Germany was one of those people he wasn't too, too fond of for several reasons. He didn't really hold any grudges against Germany, even if they didn't have the best of terms with one another. But along with that, Germany wasn't really an enemy either.. at least in present day. He was just... sort of there. And actually, there were a few things admirable about the other male-- and perhaps wouldn't mind building more of a friendship with him.
But Scotland really didn't think too much about it.
Just so he wasn't trying to blow him up, he's O.K with Germany.
