In theory, yes.

In reality, only certain people are able to manipulate their soul wavelengths in such a way. We call those people "meisters".

Additionally, it's pretty rare to find a meister who can use his soul wavelength as a weapon independently of, well, an actual weapon.

I noticed this lecture only covered one kind of soul manipulation. Are you aware of other types?

It covered two types of soul manipulation.

[manipulating it like Stein and Black☆Star did, and manipulation between partners.]
