of aphids and ladybirds

I'm in a new place and eager to get planting on my new balcony (no yard yet, alas). One of the nearby nurseries had a "peach drift rose" for sale; I'm a little addicted to roses and these smelled wonderful, thought it'd be a great addition if I can pull it off. I see no pics? If it is fungal, try spraying with milk. Blackspot, I always used a copper spray.

I second spraying with milk (it does not have to be fresh) for the blackspot. The lactose kills it. It depends on your zone for the sun, normally 6 hours of sun is recommended.

The photos are showing clearly. Tablespoonful of washing up soap to a liter of water for greenfly if the ladybirds leave before dealing with them all.
