Hey all, just a quick question I was hoping someone could help with. I have some zucchini seedlings that I started in seed trays that I've been a bit recalcitrant on transplanting. I'll give them some time to straighten up, and maybe try to slowly stake them or something. It's been super rainy and warm here (south Chicago), and I'm afraid if they stay laying over that they will get some kind of rot. :/
I've never grew this kind before, I usually do early prolific squash, and black beauty zucc, and trellis them up, but I though a bush type plant would be less hassle!

The most I managed to get done was sowing some lettuce and herbs into the pots I prepped for them a few days ago. I put out some starburst mesclun lettuce mix, a little kale, more parsley, some cinnamon basil, and garlic chives. Lots of new things for me, and I've never grew herbs from seed either, but they were on clearance, and I had the space, so I figured I would give it a try!
Poor zuccs are still sitting in their seed trays. Hopefully I will get them out this weekend!
