The inevitable...

So, they transferred Granny from ICU to a Hospice unit this evening (here in the States, Hospice is generally end-of-life care). An hour later she passed peacefully. I find I'm not as weepy as I thought, although I was my Da's driver so he could go see her one last time and sign her over to the funeral home. That may have something to do with it.
