A couple of people asked for the recipe for the biscuits I made yesterday so here you go.

Thanks ... will have to look for ground ginger ... That's the one thing we don't have in the house!

Oh no! It's always annoying when a recipe requires a spice you don't have and you have to go out and get it specially.

Because of your entry I was so in the mood to bake cookies that I searched the net for a recipe and started.
They did work and are quite similar to yours ♥

Hee, I'm such an inspiration. I only realised afterwards that I didn't even put what the biscuits were called so it's lucky you were able to find something similar.

they did look a lot like what we call 'sand-biscuits' so that's what I went for
