It's Mother's Day in a month. March 6 to be exact. A date some of you might recognise as being special for another reason, namely my birthday. And my mother's birthday. Wow. Those are really impressive!

I have two rather old books that have lots of suggestions of things to make. Some come with actual instructions, such as the typewriter, while others are just an image, as with the bride and bridesmaids. The family in the living room was from my own imagination.

Those are brillinant, especially the typewriter one but the Mother's Day one is inpsired. Clicking the images however resulted in nothing, and right-clicking tells me they're flash, dunno if that's what you wanted to happen with them. Am impressed with your leet lego skills and yay the studio selfie there :)

That's weird, they should just go to the relevant image on deviantArt. Annoyingly dA seems to have removed the previous share on LJ link and I just had to use the embedding thumbnail link instead. It worked for me so that's odd. You can always check them on dA if you're so inclined.

I have plenty of practice with Lego. I also have two very handy books with lots of images of suggested builds which helps ;)

I've played with Lego on and off all my life. I had a spell where I didn't because I was embarrassed but it's a bit more accepted now, especially if you're doing more artistic stuff with it.
