Ugh @ the weather ... but be glad it's not snow. *lol* (A friend from Durham posted photos of snow on FB, that's why I mention it!)

Yeah, Cumbria got snow yesterday on top of all the flooding there's been lately. We had a weather warning for ice this morning but I doubt we'll get snow here. The North East gets all the snow while we in the North West get all the rain.

LOLLLL there's not much view out of that window. You sure had nasty weather there.
We have the same wet stuff now here. Rain all over.

those candles look verrrrrrry nice and artistic. It would be a shame to throw them out

It's been horrendous weather these past few days with one storm after another. Hopefully it's calmed down a bit now.

They do look very artistic, just a shame the wax splattered all over my chest of drawers! I'm not going to throw them out just yet though, got to burn them all the way down first.

Dreary.

At least they mainly got the shadows right!

Welcome to winter in the UK!

That's a good point, but you wouldn't see the shadows if the people weren't hovering above the stretchers!

That's some very English weather outside your window! :P

Ah, game glitches are so funny! I was playing the Sims 3 the other day and my Sim got out of the shower and went to work naked! Like a little Barbie doll--it's not like I have mods or anything... the game just didn't generate her work outfit correctly or something.

Those candles look super cool! I presume you found time to do your demon summoning, then. ;)

It's typical English winter weather. Hopefully it'll settle down a bit now and then in the New Year it'll get properly cold.

I love the Sims, I used to play Sims 2 a lot. I think they're all rather on the glitchy side though. Best game glitch I've seen so far was in Assassins Creed where the guards started randomly humping a wall... ;)

Maaaybe :P Did it work?

Wow on the candles, not sure if that means they're fab quality or dead cheap but that's how i always wanted candles to go when i used them in the past and they were always really neat and tidy and well-behaved. Those are seriously cool :)

Probably dead cheap. I think better quality candles don't drip like that. Mind you, I don't think it helps that I have them on the chest of drawers next to my door and the draft affects how they burn. They definitely cool but also seriously messy. I had a load of wax to clear up afterwards :-/

I never thought about how a draft affects them... not much fun with the wax clearup, tho at least its just on a chest of drawers, one of my friends had their candles on top of the telly and the wax dripped all down inside via the vent holes at the top, not a good move!

It's pretty easy to clear up wax really, a hairdryer and some kitchen roll and you're sorted. Not when it's dripped inside a telly though, that would be an expensive mistake!
