Quesadillas are so yummy but so simple to make! I'm disappointed in the chocolate pudding though, the first one came out so well in comparison. At least, it didn't collapse on the plate.

It was! Well, the chocolate pudding wasn't as good as it could have been but the rest was!

Maybe you should make the chocolate pudding with only dark chocolate after all. Or maybe the almond flour just doesn't work?

Aw, I'm sorry!

It's ground almonds and that's actually specified in the recipe so it should work. I think it's the chocolate that's the problem. I don't like dark chocolate anyway so it's really far too strong and rich for my liking :(
