I wonder if the one finger thing is to ensure you do it quite slowly so it absorbs equally slowly? Or given the leaflet helps people calculate how many pumps adds up to 3g maybe they dont' want to confuse you by asking you ot count fingers as well? *g* fingers (one or many) crossed it works better for you than the Testogel

I don't know that it absorbs that slowly - the instructions say to wait 2 hours after applying before showering or swimming, whereas the Testogel said to wait 3 hours. Also, it's really runny so it'd be more likely to trickle down your leg if you took too long rubbing it in. To be honest, I'm surprised it didn't specify which finger to use and whether to rub clockwise or anti-clockwise!
