I rang the doctor's surgery this afternoon to see if they had the results of my blood test. I actually managed to speak to the doctor again about it and she said it had all come back normal. My haemoglobin is good (154, whatever that means) and my white cell count was fine so there's no infection. When I saw her on Monday, she'd asked me if I

Good that the blood tests came back normal but frustrating too as it's not been able to give you a definite cause or thing to treat

I was rather concerned that the tablets I was given were to treat the symptoms rather than the actual cause. I had the last tablets on Monday and it seems to have all gone away touch wood so I'm relieved by that.

The bruise is just about fading away now. It ended up being mostly yellow with very noticeable red blotches. It really stood out but I think it looked worse because of my skin being so white. Good job I've not gone anywhere for anyone to see it!

I'm glad your blood test results were all fine and that the tablets are starting to help. Hopefully the virus will be gone soon so you won't keep having such weird dreams. :P And ouch, that is a serious bruise! I hope it goes away soon too!

I ended up only having the vivid weird dreams for the first few nights so I'm not sure if it was just coincidence or if the tablets were a factor. Still, I got to use my 'hey I had a weird dream' tag which was fun. Especially when I looked back at the other weird dreams I'd had in the past!
