Ring out the old and in with the new

Well, this has been quite a weekend of change and rather emotionally charged too. It started off on Friday night when I was watching an eBay auction. It was all Michael's fault that I was watching it anyway. Some days earlier, I'd been talking about missing snuggling him and so he suggested that I get a replacement. The only thing that's really ( Read more... )

eBay is indeed made of evil - see new tag as proof of this. It's so easy to get caught up in it!

hahaha. Definitely easy. That is why I refuse to go there, unless I have to. Granted, I really need to put some clothes up for auction for Keira and Ali.

I thought you might have done. At least in those days there was British children's programming. There's a campaign at the moment to get more children's programmes made here because the current majority of it is imported and so it doesn't really reflect children's lives so much. Amusingly I learnt of this on a Wombles site ;)

I got a new phone recently, and switched to bill pay. I have never regretted anything more. My first bill was over 100euro. And I'm in a 12month contract *sigh*
I wish my phone company would like me more. I've been with them six years and have my broadband with them too, so I keep hoping for deals. Alas, nothing has so far appeared.
3 are supposed to be good. They offer that 500 units thing here too, which I think is a great idea, because I am more inclined to call than text if I want to sort something out quickly!

Is bill pay a contract phone then? At least your contract is only 12 months, they've nearly all changed to 18 month ones here now.

I think customer loyalty doesn't mean anything these days unfortunately. It's all about getting new ones, sod the ones that are already there.

I think the units thing is a good idea too. It makes me wonder how long it will be before other providers cotton on to it too.
