The stuffing sounds like it might be good. Too much work for me though.

As for the butter, um? WTF? I can see how it would work but why would anyone want to do it?

So that when Bertha the Belly-Slitter flies during Yule, the fat will cause her sword to slide off and spare you.

(At least, it's the only explanation I can come up with. You have to admit, deep-fried butter would have to work even better than oliebollen.)
