and proceed directly to the ham.  My sister got a Petit-Jean smoked ham from her employer, and I bought a YB Meats smoked ham. She's saving hers for Christmas, but I'm thinking of getting some more YB then and having a throwdown, because I'm pretty sure it just doesn't get any better than this.
