I'm here and completely exhausted from having something that felt like restless arm syndrome and no sleep last night. So if I'm quiet or my comments are weirder than usual, that's why.
Sorry to hear that! Our power was out for an hour until about five minutes ago, so I'm still getting things back on track. Clock won't be with us tonight.
Ha. I went and made chocolate milk for myself during the show. :D I agree she's moody as heck (bad writers, bad!), but I thought it was a nice break from the monotony of angst.
"They don't give us stamps" -- bless you, woman.
Yes!
How rude and inhuman is that???
I was thinking about that, too! Gibson largely makes up for that appalling breach of etiquette and professionalism by getting Sylar uncuffed, cleaned, tea, talking nicely to him, and trying to save/help him later, but that talking about him in front of him was a bad move.
I love that she promises.
I'm seeing where you got the bit about Sylar seizing on promises and agreements.
Totally agree about Claire. I love the break in monotony - it's just...swinging on the other side of the crazy tree this time and that's what made me notice and dislike it

AW! I thought the gun pulling was unnecessary too.
And I also wondered about Sandra as a waitress after being in a sorority. Although I am so on board with the idea of Noah being coerced into marrying her. I always assumed the marriage was cover anyway.
Eh, I have a totally different background for him, where he's a Kansas farmboy, then an Army Ranger / special forces guy, then bounced around a bit in the states trying to find a way to fit in before being recruited by the Company for his skills in taking people down and keeping cool under pressure. There's a long stint in there with addiction that the Company helped break and he was married to Sandra since a year or two out of high school (though she stayed with her parents while he was out on tours).
"That Elizabeth woman is a phone-message black hole" --LOL! Ever think that Nathan's not Nathan? And regardless, maybe Nathan, as Elizabeth's boss, told her not to pass those messages along

I note to self Peter's propensity for hitting things when events don't go his way. It's not an 'I'm trying to intimidate you by damaging this' form of violence, but just a 'I'm frustrated so I'm going to kick something' form. Similar to amnesiac!Peter punching the table when he's in the virus!future with Angela.
I'm having Walking Dead flashbacks watching Sylar stumble down the road after clawing himself out of the ground.
Early today, I watched an episode of Criminal Minds where the actor who plays Samuel was a serial killer. Now I'm watching him with the carnival and I'm waiting for him to snap and cut someone's lips off. o.O
I think it's sweet that Claire is so happy to be living a normalish life and excited about the future.
Creepy timing there Becky.
Gretchen looks so awkward during this scene.
Poor Dr. Gibson. She's clearly excited to be there and just gets shut down when she tries to introduce herself.
Gretchen did look really strange, there! With her hair pulled back severely and her makeup pale with dark hollows under her eyes! She looked not only awkward but scary. Very subtle, but still scary.
