Did you make it into the priesthood? I checked your previous entries on this matter (via the tags) but it's not quite stated.
As a kid, there was a little pressure put upon me to look into priesthood as a career... and if I carry on with this sentence it'll be more a case of 'Oh, pity me!' than enquiring about this LJ's owner, so I'll stop there.

No. I left the seminary of my own volition at the end of 1st philosopy and transferred to Providence College. I was not pressured to enter nor to leave. I became a high school teacher instead in a Catholic school: Italian, English, Latin. I remained so until my retirement four years ago. Now I find ways to reflect on life and its ironies.
