I am certain that there are millions upon millions of folks throughout the world who have never tasted prosciutto. This sad likelihood constitutes a tragedy of epic proportions.

Well, you don't drink Prosciutto, you eat it. Perhaps it is not sold in your area, in which case you need to find an Italian deli or Whole Foods Marketplace somewhere, or else go to Italy.

Hi Gerry, oh yes you are so right. Just finished off some freshly cut ham direct from that finest of countries, Italy. That salty taste combined with the sweet, perfume flavor of over ripe melon is a dream come true. Makes life worth living....Jolli
