I had emailed the naturopath to check to see if she had actually run one of the tests she said she was going to. She hadn't but she asked me how the food elimination was going so I answered this way:

I started subcutaneous injections on Wednesday. The first one I did was .05 ml which is a really tiny amount. I met with the naturopath today to get the results of the allergy testing. She handed me the two booklets that have the results. I haven’t read through all the information yet but there are bar charts showing what level of sensitivity I have to various foods. I saw the previous doctor yesterday and asked her a couple of questions. The first thing I wanted to know was if I should be avoiding gluten because of the antibody test that was done a year ago. Yesterday I got an email from the naturopath that the allergy test lab results are in and that I have "several reactive items". She wanted to see me sooner than the June 22nd appointment we had scheduled. So I responded back and asked her if any of them were gluten related. I didn't eat gluten free last night. I did inventory my kitchen to figure out what needs to go and what can stay. On the plus side, there are lots of things in my house that don't contain gluten (furniture, clothes, books...). Actually I do have a number of food items that are safe like peanut butter and fruit.
