Thank you; it's been probably 15 years since I wrote a sestina. I've clearly improved as a poet in the interim.

I'm very glad you shared it.

I was far better at free verse than any metered/scheduled poetry. Of course, I haven't written in years.

I wish I hadn't lost the two songs I wrote, though. That made me very sad.

I have written free verse, but I have a perverse fascination with complicated fixed-verse forms.

Did you have music with the songs?
