Finding betas
Hi guys,
As you all know, having your story betaed is a requirement. It doesn't have to be betaed before the draft is due, but it will have to be before it's posted, so now is a good time to get on that if you haven't already.
For the rest of you, we've got a few volunteers. LJ users saeadame, meatball42, pugglemuggle, jennytork, sarcastic_fi, carelessshipper, and velocitym1 volunteered on the support sign-up post, and tumblr users skarofalls-gallifreystands and elthadriel sent me messages offering their help.
(I'll update this post if anybody else volunteers through either medium).
PLEASE NOTE that taking on any particular project is entirely at these lovely people's discretion: they might not now have the time to dedicate to your project (especially if they're already betaing for somebody else), or your particular story/pairing/themes might not be their cup of tea. Please respect this and ask somebody else. If asking one of the LJ volunteers, check their stated preferences on the sign-up post first, to save both of you the trouble of making them repeat themselves if your story doesn't suit them.
