I'm all for Luke, too. Cause Noah totally threw him under the bus months ago and now he's all acting like they're back together. Really? Reid was honest about liking Luke and Noah didn't want to hear that. Also, Reid was harsh about telling Noah to use the door now that he could see it.
Noah shouldn't have punched him, but he's just angry at the whole situation. Luke's caught in the middle. Now Reid has to choose between his job and Luke.
I agree about the face-touching, but not a fan of the chest hair. It's time for Van to get waxed.
Reid was honest about liking Luke and Noah didn't want to hear that.
I think that too, and after taking some time to think about it more, I can totally get why Noah's jealous and angry. He still loves Luke, so this should be expected of him. Plus, it smacked him out of nowhere. It's a big shock for him.
But one thing Reid has going for him is his honesty. Noah asks, Reid tells. No bones about it. I love that about him. (Though I agree that the line about the door was harsh. Ouch!)
And I'm pretty convinced I will always be Team Luke. I don't think there's much that's going to change that. :-) I will forgive both boys their mistakes/issues/whatever, but my heart will always be with Luke first, everyone else second. :-)
And aww...no chest hair? Of course, it can't be like a raging forest (or worse, raging forest on his back!), but I think Van rocks the chesty-ness of it. :-P Yum. And the face-touching. GUH. Me likes. :-)
" "look, I understand his appeal. Back in WWII I shared a foxhole with a farm boy from Kansas, and we spent many

Oh wow...we so disagree about the Noah/Luke stuff, I don't even know if I should comment. Mostly because I like you so much and if you identify with Luke I wouldn't want to hurt your feelings. So I will tread lightly
( ... )
First, I wanna say THANK YOU. Thank you for commenting even though we see things totally opposite with the boys. I'm really trying to understand where Noah's coming from, and hearing someone else's opinion (put rather elegantly, I might add :-)) really helps me. I want to see Noah's side in all of this. Thank you. ♥ I'm so glad this post didn't keep you from expressing yourself

I just read this AND all of the comments and I am so impressed. The maturity with which this is being discussed at is wonderful! Just shows that some of the fans don't need to argue to get their points across :-) I just wanted to say that this recap is made of win! I agree with every single point you made and every single thing you said :') x
Oh, thank you so much. :-) I want people from every side to be able to read my recaps and share their insight and have their opinions respected. Especially if they don't see it the way I do.
Thanks again. I'm so glad you see where I'm coming from (because that means that I'm not just a rambling idiot off on some crazy tangent :-P). Please feel free to comment anytime! :-D
NO you are definetaly NOT a rambling idiot :) I love reading your recaps as they always BASICALLY CONFIRM everything I have previously just thought of the episode! It's scary actually how accurate they are :)
Thank you for writing them and I can't wait to hear your thoughts on the next episode! Ceci x
Okay, can you be my best friend? Or my twin? LOL. Because you said everything I'm thinking to in regards to Noah, Luke and Reid. I absolutely adore your devotion to Luke--I'm exactly that way. I'll stand by Luke through everything (even murder if it comes down to it but our Mr. Snyder wouldn't hurt a fly) and I think that's why I love Reid a lot too. He gets Luke; he understands why Luke does what he does; he's in love with who Luke is; and he wants some of that Luke love for himself--and who wouldn't? I know he's said some cold things to Luke in the past but honestly, if these 2 were a couple, I think Reid would always hear Luke out and try to understand him and then back him. Noah would do that too, methinks, BUT only after judging Luke and calling him out on whatever the matter is

I LOVE this description of Reid! Yes, yes, and YES! I totally agree. Reid doesn't have any past experiences clouding his judgment when it comes to Luke, so Luke was totally something fresh and new to him; something I think he liked but didn't realize he liked until he saw it right in front of him. Plus, it helped that Luke was just his adorable generous self and went to lengths to help Reid when he needed it, something that no one else (as far as we can gather) has ever done for Reid. I totally can't blame the doc for falling for Luke. Like you said, who wouldn't?
The Mason storyline really pissed me off as well, because Noah wouldn't listen to what Luke was trying to say to him. But...this is pretty normal relationship woes. :-P Communication is key, and you can't be perfect with it 100% of the time! And I do

I have to say that in the same way Luke is totally your guy and you will always identify with him- that is Noah for me. I was so unbelievably, pissed off at Reid in this episode, for all of the reasons you've probably already heard/read. More than I ever have been, and I'm finding it hard to enjoy him on the show at all right now. I couldn't help but feel happy when Noah clocked him.
I just feel like everybody is absolutely shitting on Noah right now and it makes me very, very sad because I tend to see things from his POV first. I do think he pushed Luke away too much, but I understand his behavior while he was blind. But since Luke has insecurity issues piled up to the ceiling, and considering Noah does/should know about that, I do think the pushing went too far. But he has apologized several times (I feel like a lot of people forget that), and maybe that isn't good enough, but he has been honest with Luke when Luke wasn't honest with him. And then he found out about Reid and now he's heartbroken and absolutely alone. Agh,

Agh, I'm so sorry. I know Noah's taking a beating in fandom right now. People have been hating on Luke, but not nearly as viciously as Noah (and for completely different reasons). I apologize if it seems like I'm crapping on Noah. I'm more trying to be honest with how I feel than dumping on him, if that makes any sense at all. Despite everything I feel, Noah will always have a special place in my heart. I want him to be happy.
I agree with you - Noah pushed Luke away a little too much (I understand what his intention was with the whole independence thing), but when he woke up, he did exactly everything I wanted him to. He realized how much he'd hurt Luke, and he set about trying to make it right. I loved that. I had been waiting for that for so long! And he was so happy and cute, it just made my heart smile. It's really sad that things went even more downhill from there

Oops, my apologies, this wasn't directed at you per say, but in general, on the show and in the fandom.
