Consider just how malicious some of those pranks were. Destruction of property, shaving people bald... your culprit is someone who cares very little for the feelings of others, wouldn't you say? It's absolutely awful, but people can be so cruel...

Ah... I suppose what I'm trying to say is... hm... they're too clever to be caught by you, and too ruthless to confess on their own.

It was something involving a smoke machine and assorted noises. Whatever it was, it disrupted Mr. Cyrus' sleep, and that, you realize, is unacceptable.

You seem to care quite a bit for Mr. Cyrus to go out of your way so much to make sure he get's a good night's sleep. What's he like? I don't know if I've really met him before.
