Okay, I'm certifiably nuts. I just posted yesterday and now I'm posting again. Expect me to post tomorrow.
Reason why? It's exam week next week, and some of you may have recalled that I went plum crazy and stayed online for hours at a time back then. Perhaps I get S/P art/fic/post pon-farred prior to examinations. Either that, or you may not be seeing much of me next week...ha! I'll still find the time.

In front of Apartment 4B...
"Penny, before we proceed with our first venture into a dating situation, I would like to propose an experiment."
"Are you talking about Schrödinger's cat?"
"Precisely."
"Okay. Breath mints?"
"Why, thank you, that's very thoughtful."
...
"Ready, Sheldon?"
"I honestly can't say that I am, but I suppose the only way we'll know if the cat's alive or dead is to open the box..."
One hour later, Apartment 4A...
Howard.
"Well, looks like Sheldon and Penny are a bust. Penny's car is still parked by the apartment."
Raj.
"We all knew it would never work out. So Leonard, you can stop online cat-hunting and listening to emo music now."
Apartment 4B, around the same time...
Penny broke away from Sheldon and stared at the ceiling. Sheldon's arm was still around her shoulder, and they were both naked, save for the comforter Sheldon was now shakily pulling up his chest.
"Holy crap on a cracker," Penny said, licking her lips, the taste of Sheldon still lingering. "That was one live cat."
"Not to mention feral," Sheldon quipped. "Was biting my ear and clawing at my back really necessary?"

A/N: Yeah, the twist I mentioned is the comic that went along with this LOL! The comic actually came first before the ficlet. I also chose a different style of writing here, to match the comics. I'll try to find the time to color the comics ;) It's only a beta version, so I didn't do much work on it. Sheldon and Penny's chemistry is LE-GEN-DA-RY ^_^ Here's again, wishing we'd see this as an episode ^_^
