Art and Wallpapers
I haven't really made much Sheldon/Penny wallpapers, and for artworks, I'm unfortunately feeling an art drain as the moment. I think it has something to do with the fact that my writing muse currently swatted my artistic da vinci side off my shoulder.
Anyway, I've come up with two Sheldon/Penny wallpapers and one Sheldon/Penny fanart I'd like to share. The wallpapers are unfortunately just 800x600, so forgive me, but it is saved in high quality. The second one, I am currently using for my desktop. It reminds me of Pride and Prejudice ^_^
And finally, the artwork.
Title: Why does it have to be six months?
Description: This is inspired from elsiesnuffin 's fanfiction, Wanted: Roommate- Normal Need Not Apply . There were a lot of memorable scenes in the fanfic, but this one struck me as particularly poignant. Penny's landed a major role and will go off to New Zealand for the shooting. She'll be gone for six months. Here's the quote:
She started to pull away, knowing he was getting uncomfortable. But, then suddenly he was hugging her back, gripping her tighter than he ever had. His arms met behind her back, keeping her in a strong-hold. He inhaled deeply. Penny was thankful he was holding her, as her knees were moments from buckling.
He was smelling her.
“Six months,” she whispered. “How many minutes is that?”
“Two-hundred seventy-seven thousand, nine-hundred and twenty,” he answered promptly. “Give or take.”
Penny smiled, burrowing closer still to him.
“Freak.”
