"Screeny" - Pl. Screenies. Someone whose answers to support requests are screened by default, AND who hold no other support priviledges in that particular category. (Essentially, every LJ user when they first start doing support.)
Support priviledges: As one gains knowledge and experienced in support, one receives priviledges in specific categories.

...I don't handle support requests in my journal. Open a support ticket. =P
